3 Bedroom House with Wellness Facilities, Fireplace and Internet
The whole group enjoy an entire large suite w. home theatre, easy access everywhere, host live upstairs. The suite is super clean, renovated large size suite, spacious & close to everything, near transit sky train just 5 mins walk, shopping, restaurants, downtown, please come to enjoy for work or vacation. Features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, full bath with shower, can sleep 7; 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a wooden queen bed (8-inch mattress), other 2 bedrooms have 2 double beds, sofa bed. Parking 2 cars. The entire suite is spacious with 3 bedroom and one bath, 1,250 Sq Ft. on the main floor. Host family lives upstairs. Suite is not equipped with air-conditioner. All bedrooms, living room, kitchen, washroom laundry room have windows with view. When living there, guests can open windows for fresh air and ventilation and turn on fans if needed. Please turn the fans off when not used to save electricity. Included Shaw High Speed Internet with Wi-Fi, 42-inch HDTV with Netflix available for guest use, dedicated workspace in the living area with a laptop desk and two chairs. Cleaning supplies provided include all-purpose cleaner, dish soap and sponges, microfiber towels. Bathroom includes amenities, hair dryer, towels for up to 4-7 guests. Full kitchen with utensils, cookware provided as well. Cafe dripping machine available for guests. Dishwasher available. In suite laundry washer and dryer available with laundry detergent provided. Guest access: Guests have access to the guest suite in the backyard and has separate private entrance.

This is a two-floor house and host lives upstairs and regular accesses to back yard for watering flowers and access the garage at the back. Some sound (walking) to be expected between floors,
Instructions for Guests to park their cars, and get access to their private suite:
- Parking: Guests can park their cars in front of the house (if the neighbor’s car is parked there, the guest can park nearby in front of the neighbor house instead)
- Access to the suite: walk a few steps on stone stairs to the house (house locates on a land higher than the street a bit that provides more views and more fresh air for the suite), then walk on the sidewalk on the left side of the house (viewed from the street) to the back of the house to their private entrance to the main suite. Guest will self-check-in, host leaves door unlocked that guest could come in, then get the keys host left on the kitchen.
- Check-in anytime from 4:00pm-12:00am (for guest who have the late flight), check out before or at 11:00am.
- Smoking: we prefer guest who do not smoke, but for smokers: no smoking in the suite and in the property (which includes front yard and back yard), though guests can smoke outside on the sidewalk opposite the house where not many people pass by at dedicated outdoor area only.
